Libra Law was founded by Natalia Melnyk, a Calgary-based lawyer, with a desire to establish a client-focused approach to the practice of law.
Natalia was a practicing lawyer in her home country of Belarus, specializing in corporate and business law and Employment Law. After moving to Canada, Natalia has become an immigration practitioner to continue serving people while working on her law degree accreditation.
With her multicultural background, international experience, and fluency in both English and Russian, Natalia brings a deep appreciation for people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Having immigrated to Canada herself, she understands the challenges individuals and families may face when navigating legal matters in a new country and strives to provide practical, compassionate, and personalized legal guidance. Natalia is proud to serve Calgary's Russian-speaking and Ukrainian communities while helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate their legal matters with confidence. She values the importance of clear communication, cultural awareness, and personalized service.
